Energy-independent factories for the next industrial era
The factory generates its own energy — EX-Air Factory
EX-Air Factory is an energy-independent factory platform that produces and uses its own energy on-site, and an industrial pneumatic infrastructure platform that generates large-scale compressed air and connects to EX-Line, an external compressed air supply network.
Two roles of EX-Air Factory
① Factory energy self-sufficiency
The compressed air produced in EX-Cycle is converted into electricity by EX-PG and supplied through EX-Line to power the entire factory production process.
② Connection to an external compressed air supply network
The large-scale compressed air produced by EX-Air Factory is connected to EX-Line, the external compressed air supply network, to supply pneumatic energy to industrial complexes or external demand sites.

Core Components
EX-Cycle · EX-PG · EX-Line — Roles and Functions of Each Module
The three core modules that make up EX-Air Factory each perform independent functions. Pneumatic production, power conversion, and energy supply operate together within a single platform.
EX-Cycle — Pneumatic Production Module
It produces compressed air by inputting carbon-neutral fuels (e-Fuel · Bio-Fuel) or nature-based energy (EX-Solar 2.0 · hydropower · wave power). It is the starting point of EX-Air Factory energy production.
EX-PG — Power Conversion Module
This module converts the compressed air produced by EX-Cycle into electricity. It independently supplies the power needed for factory equipment and production lines.
EX-Line — Dual Supply Network
It is both an internal network that supplies compressed air and electricity to factory production processes, and an external compressed-air supply network that connects large-scale compressed air to industrial complexes and external demand centers.

Energy Conversion Process
From Natural Energy to Pneumatics — EX-Air Factory Energy Conversion Process
By inputting various nature-based energy sources such as EX-Solar 2.0, EX-Bio, EX-Wave Power, EX-Wind Power, and EX-Smart Cell into EX-Air Factory, large-scale pneumatics are produced and supplied through EX-Line to demand points inside and outside the plant.
Energy Input
Carbon-neutral energy sources such as EX-Solar 2.0 · EX-Bio · EX-Wave Power · EX-Wind Power · EX-Smart Cell are supplied.
EX-Air Factory
The input energy is converted into large-scale pneumatics through EX-Cycle and stored and controlled.
EX-Line Connection
The produced pneumatics are supplied through EX-Line to industrial networks inside and outside the plant.
Energy Production Process
Design factory energy independence with two pneumatic production methods
EX-Air Factory can build an energy-independent structure tailored to factory conditions by combining a carbon-neutral fuel-based method and a nature-based energy conversion method.
Carbon-Neutral Fuel Route
By inputting carbon-neutral fuels such as e-Fuel and Bio-Fuel and using high-efficiency energy conversion cycle technology, compressed air is produced. This supports the transition to carbon-neutral factories while integrating with existing fuel infrastructure in industrial sites.

Sustainable Energy Converter Route
By connecting water flow energy, wave power energy, EX-Solar 2.0, EX-Smart Cell, and other nature-based or pneumatic kinetic energy sources to a high-efficiency energy conversion converter, sustainable compressed air is produced.

Sustainable Energy Converter Route
By connecting natural or pneumatic kinetic energy sources such as water flow energy, wave power energy, EX-Solar 2.0, and EX-Smart Cell to high-efficiency energy conversion converters, we produce sustainable pneumatic power.

Air & Carbon Impact
Beyond energy independence, we aim for clean air and carbon-negative factories
Clean Air Output
During the process of drawing in and compressing the air around the factory, fine dust and other particles are filtered out before clean air is released.
Carbon Neutral Factory
We aim to transform factories into carbon-neutral operations through carbon-neutral fuels and a sustainable energy conversion structure.
Carbon Negative Option
By adding a separate Carbon Capture module, it is possible to pursue a carbon-negative factory model in which the amount of carbon absorbed exceeds the amount emitted.
Strategic Applications
It provides a new option for industrial sites facing power bottlenecks
EX-Air Factory is a platform well suited for regions where grid connection is difficult or energy costs are high, manufacturing facilities undergoing carbon-neutral transformation, and standalone industrial complexes.
Manufacturing Plants
An energy-independent factory model that meets a manufacturing facility's own power and compressed air needs.
High-Demand Facilities
Can be applied to industries where stable energy supply is critical, such as data centers, automated factories, and advanced manufacturing facilities.
Off-Grid Industrial Sites
Can be used as independent energy infrastructure in regions with delayed grid expansion or unstable power supply.
Carbon Transition Projects
Can serve as a core platform for carbon-neutral or carbon-negative factory transformation projects.
Modular Expansion
Its modular structure allows scaling step by step, from pilot plants to large industrial complexes.
EX-Line Factory Network
Connects the factory interior through a compressed air and power supply network to optimize energy flow.
